These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and HoliganBet ("Platform", "we", "us"). Please read every section carefully. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

HoliganBet is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit or place any bet on this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we have reason to believe a player is underage, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance held pending identity verification.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on HoliganBet. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or via a proxy — is a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended, bonuses will be forfeited and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.
Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any account balance. Always use your real details.

All financial transactions on HoliganBet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all winnings are paid out in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform:
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed. There is no processing fee charged by HoliganBet on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete a basic identity verification step — this typically involves confirming your CNIC number and the payment account used. Standard PKR withdrawals via JazzCash or Easypaisa are processed within one to three hours. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
Withdrawal requests that include active bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before processing. See Section 4 for full Bonus Terms. Always check your bonus status before requesting a withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed within your account at the time of transaction. HoliganBet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and to request additional verification for large transactions. Players will be notified of any limit changes via the platform.
HoliganBet offers sports betting across Cricket, Football, Esports and other major markets. The sports betting section is built primarily around Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and other cricket formats. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by HoliganBet. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of suspicious activity, odds manipulation or technical error. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message within the platform — bets placed but not confirmed due to a technical error are not valid.
In-play or live betting markets are available on selected cricket and football fixtures. In-play odds update in real time based on match events. Due to the nature of live data feeds, there may occasionally be a brief delay between an event occurring and the market updating. HoliganBet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during a match. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured; bets placed after a known decisive event but before the market closes may be voided.
A bet may be declared void if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the odds were clearly published in error; a technical fault affected the bet placement process; or the event outcome cannot be verified from official sources. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance in PKR in full.
Odds on cricket markets — including PSL and T20 matches — reflect real-time data. Always confirm your bet slip before submitting. Errors in your selection cannot be reversed once a bet is confirmed.
Games in the HoliganBet casino, slot games, fish games and game lobby are provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi and others. Each game operates under its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) figures, which are available within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the server record, the server record prevails.
HoliganBet offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus rules. If there is any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.
New players who register and make their first qualifying PKR deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. Eligibility and bonus amount are confirmed within your account after registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household and per payment method.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be removed from your balance.
All bonus terms are written in plain English and displayed clearly before you opt in to any promotion. You are never automatically enrolled in a bonus — it is always your choice to accept or decline.

During any investigation, withdrawals from the affected account may be suspended.

This includes your name, date of birth, CNIC number, contact details and payment account information. This data is used solely for the purposes of managing your account, processing transactions and complying with anti-money laundering obligations.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance will be refunded to your last used payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and no outstanding investigation is in progress. Accounts closed at the player's request may be re-opened subject to the standard registration review process.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve months. HoliganBet reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration charge on dormant accounts after this period. Players will receive prior notification before any charge is applied. Reactivating your account is simple — just log in and verify your details.
HoliganBet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an on-platform notification before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
HoliganBet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical interruptions, delays or errors at all times. HoliganBet is not liable for losses arising from technical faults outside our reasonable control, including network outages, server maintenance windows or third-party payment processing delays.
